and operated byShanks Media and Software Company Limited, a companydulyregistered under the laws of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria, with its registered address atCorner Stone Building, 30 Obidegwu Street, Iyana School, Iba,
LASU Road, Ojo, Lagos, Nigeria.
By accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing tickets, creating events, or using the Platform in any manner,you agree to be
legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
- DEFINITIONS
- “Platform” means the Shanks Tix website and all related systems
- “Company” means Shanks Media and Software Company Limited.
- “User” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, including but not limitedtoattendees, organizers,
affiliates, sponsors, partners, and visitors. - “Organizer” means any person or entity that creates, lists, promotes, or manages events onShanksTix.
- “Attendee” means any person who purchases, receives, or uses a ticket via the Platform.

- Shanks Tix acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary.
- Shanks Tix does not own, host, manage, or control events
- Event organizers are solely responsible for event delivery, legality, refunds, and attendeeexperience.
- Shanks Tix does not guarantee event success, attendance, or revenue.
- EVENT ORGANIZER OBLIGATIONS
- Provide accurate and lawful event information
- Deliver events as advertised
- Comply with Nigerian laws and regulations
- Clearly disclose refund and cancellation terms
- Handle attendee communications responsibly
- Accept that100% withdrawal of ticket sales is not permitted
- MARKETING, CAMPAIGNS & PROMOTIONS
- Shanks Tix may offer paid marketing and campaign tools, including:
- Campaigns are optional and paid services.
- All campaign fees arenon-refundable once executed.
- Shanks Tix does not guarantee campaign performance or ticket sales.
- Shanks Tix may reject or suspend campaigns that violate policies or laws.

- Shanks Tix may facilitate sponsorships or investment introductions.
- Shanks Tix isnot a financial advisor or broker
- No guarantees are made regarding exposure, returns, or outcomes.
- All sponsorships and investments are entered into at the parties’ own risk.
- Separate agreements may apply
- AFFILIATES & REFERRALS
- Affiliate programs may be offered at Shanks Tix’s discretion.
- Commissions are subject to verification, refunds, and anti-fraud checks.
- Shanks Tix may withhold or cancel commissions arising from abuse.
- All sponsorships and investments are entered into at the parties’ own risk.
- Affiliate programs may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Anyone may access and use Shanks Tix, subject to these Terms.
Users are not required to be 18 years old to browse events or purchase tickets
Financial transactions such as organizer withdrawals, sponsorship payments, investment arrangements, and settlements may require additional verification.
Where a User is under 18 years of age, use of the Platform shall be deemed to occur withthesupervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Shanks Tix does not independently verify parental consent and shall not be liable for misusebyminors
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Shanks Tix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleadinginformation.
Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
Users are solely responsible for safeguarding login credentials
Shanks Tix shall not be liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence, sharedcredentials,compromised emails, or devices.
Users must notify Shanks Tix immediately upon detecting unauthorized account activity.
Shanks Tix provides digital event-related services including, but not limited to:

Shanks Tix reserves the right to withhold funds, suspend listings, or terminate organizer accounts forviolations.
Email campaigns to event attendees
Promotions to previous attendees
Platform-based featured placements
Ticket prices are set by organizers.
Shanks Tix does not control base ticket pricing
Shanks Tix may charge fees including, but not limited to:
Platform service fees
Payment processing fees
Marketing and promotional fees
Withdrawal and settlement fee
Fees may be charged to:
The attendee
The organizer
Both parties
The applicable fee structure will be disclosed at checkout or dashboard level.
Platform fees and payment charges arenon-refundable to both attendees and organizers.
Attendees are assured aminimum 50% refund of ticket value
(Full Refund Policy is incorporated by reference.)
Users must not:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
All platform content, software, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Shanks MediaandSoftware Company Limited.
Unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

Users agree to indemnify Shanks Media and Software Company Limited against claims arisingfrommisuseof the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of theFederal Republic of Nigeria
Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
Shanks Tix may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
